Our goal is to have your bag shipped within 1 week. This can vary due to demand, but we will try our best to keep you informed of any changes to this schedule.

Our custom Wedge bags start at $99, Half Frame Bags start at $125 and Full Frame Bags start at $149 increase slightly in cost with additional features.

We stand behind every bag that we make, so if you aren't happy with how your bag fits, we'll do whatever we can to resolve it.

First, we'll take a look at your design and see if there are any mistakes in the process. We may request some additional pictures to help determine the issue. From there, if we can resolve the issue, we'll take the bag back and try to rework the problem.

And ultimately, if you're not happy with your bag, we'll take it bag and give you refund!

We review each order to check for issues before we start processing it to help catch any problems. If something is flagged, we'll reach out to you via email with some questions so be sure to check your email after place your order to minimize any delays.

Whiel fabric we use is fully waterproof, the seems between them aren't. So we consider our bags to be highly water resistant, but not fully "waterproof".

Think: You'll be fine if you get caught in the rain on the way home, but we wouldn't recommend riding through a monsoon.
